Bring back "Halloween" to public schools

I remember going to school in my Halloween costume when I was in grade school. I now have kids of my own who do not get to experience and enjoy Halloween at there school. I understand everyone does not celebrate and out of respect kids are not allowed to go to school dressed up if they do. My goal is to bring back Halloween to the public schools for the majority of American children who do celebrate. Families who do not celebrate do not need to participate and thereof do not need to dress up but out of respect for those who do we hope we can go to school to participate in this amazing American holiday.
